Hello! I’m Jenny.
I’m a wedding and commercial photographer living in Canberra with my husband Phil, two young children, and my two furbabies. We have been married for 8 years and are still madly in love. I love spicy food, spending time in nature, holing up with a good book, ocean swimming, and growing tomatoes.
Learning new things brings me joy.
I have been an optometrist for the past 15 years, and a professional photographer for 8- I live an incredible full life doing what I love and am so grateful.
I suppose they call this Ikigai.
My style of photography is artistic with a laid back photodocumentary approach. I think that photography should be fun, and you should feel comfortable and ‘like yourself’ during a photo session.
I love working with clients that feel like friends.

You might find it surprising and reassuring that 99% of my couples tell me that they are camera shy and feel awkward in front of the camera. This is completely normal.
I shoot in a way feels natural and relaxed, documenting the day in a combination of inobtrusive candids and portraits with gentle guidance. If I’ve done my job right, it will feel like you are just going on adventure with your favourite third wheeling friend.

Your wedding photos live in a beautiful online gallery that is easy to view on mobile and desktop. You can download from the gallery and purchase fine art prints and heirlooms directly from the gallery store.
