Simone & Matt / Boathouse Canberra Wedding

Simone and Matt’s wedding day was nothing short of magical. After getting ready at home with their families, we all met at the Angel of the North Statue at the NGA Sculpture Gardens for their First Look where Matt saw Simone for the first time. He looked like he could barely hold back tears. We had a great time exploring the gardens and incredible buildings around the NGA to the tune of Frank Sinatra.

The ceremony, officiated by a close friend, was filled with heartfelt vows and touching moments, all set against the picturesque waterside views of the Boathouse. The bridal party was a unique one- Simone had her best friend and brother, Matt had his sister and his Dad by his side. I love how non-traditional and bridal parties seem to be the norm these days!

Simone’s bouquet and Matt’s boutonniere were from Twyllo Flower Farm - just absolutely incredible.
